Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located cabin with a view! The cabin has gorgeous high cathedral ceilings and big floor to ceiling windows to bring in natural light. Knotty pine tongue and groove throughout. Brand new furniture decorated with a modern, cozy feel. In the morning, relax on the deck while taking in the view of the mountains. In the evening, enjoy the hot tub where you can see the view or relax with family around the fire pit. 11min Drive (typical) to Pkwy attractions HERE ARE A FEW KIND WORDS FROM PAST GUESTS: We have stayed in many cabins in the Great Smokey Mountains area, and this was our favorite by far! It was very easy to get to town from the cabin with smooth, paved roads. The cabin has been recently updated and is beautifully decorated with new furniture and decor. The details did not go unnoticed! I can’t wait to come back again and bring our kids. They would love the indoor and outdoor games. The only thing that could possibly have made our stay better would be to have seen a bear. :) -Andrea My family and I had a fantastic stay. BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS Each of the cabin’s 3 bedrooms is designed with guest comfort in mind. -King size bed - Large Dresser -2 nightstands with lamps -Roku TV Each bathroom is fully stocked for your convenience and comfort. -Shampoo & conditioner -Bodywash -Hand Soap & lotion -Plush towels Fall asleep and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing!) day in the mountains. Each bedroom is located on a different floor, allowing for privacy. Each bedroom has a King-sized bed. All beds have high quality, comfortable mattresses. Just like the bedrooms, the bathrooms are designed for comfort and relaxation. Each level of the cabin has a full-size bathroom. The main level bathroom and the upper bathroom are also connected to a bedroom, providing a guest suite. The lower-level bathroom is right outside of the lower-level bedroom making it very convenient. The main level has a large garden tub with jets. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. There is a large dining table inside, but in nice weather, you will LOVE eating on the deck at the large dining table with the MOUNTAIN VIEWS. ⛰️ GAME ROOM -Queen size sleeper sofa -3 arcade games…Fast & Furious, Pac-Man and Street Fighter -Large shuffleboard table -Foosball table -Watch the big game on the 65” Smart TV -Full size washer and dryer LOFT STUDY This is a great area to work remotely. There are even beautiful mountain views from the desk! LIVING ROOM -65" Smart (Roku) TV -Sectional couch with mountain views -Cozy area to sit in front of the fireplace DECK -Large dining table with mountain views -Stools with a bar top to sip your coffee -Sitting area and egg chair -Gas grill -String lights LOWER-LEVEL PATIO -7-person hot tub -Porch Swing -Several areas to sit and enjoy family and friends. -2 Egg swings -String lights FIRE PIT -Wood burning fire pit, bring your own firewood or purchase locally. -8 Adirondack chairs -Park style charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal or purchase locally. -String lights CARPORT -This is an area that you can park your car to stay mostly dry on a rainy day or can be used to hang out and stay dry yourself. This is a 3-sided structure with a roof. -Patio lights -Corn hole -Water proof chest for storing outdoor pillows and throws for the fire pit area on cold nights.

HOUSE POLICIES & MOUNTAIN LIVING ESSENTIALS COMMUNITY STANDARDS & QUIET HOURS Quiet Oasis: Our cabin is located in a peaceful, established community. Because mountain acoustics can carry sound across the valley, we maintain strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Strict Policy: This property is intended for guests seeking a tranquil retreat. Parties, events, loud outdoor music, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove guests for noise disturbances, which will result in immediate lease termination without refund and a $500 administrative fee. Occupancy & Parking: To maintain the serenity of our neighborhood, occupancy is strictly limited to 8 guests. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles on-site (carport and driveway). Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. SAFETY, WILDLIFE & PROPERTY CARE Coexisting with Wildlife: We share our home with local wildlife, including bears. For everyone’s safety, all trash must be disposed of in the bear-proof trash cage provided. Please ensure the cage is securely latched at all times to avoid attracting visitors. Pet-Free Property: To ensure a hypoallergenic environment, we are strictly unable to host pets. Bringing an unauthorized animal onto the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and garage. Drug-Free Policy: We maintain a drug-free premises. Any illegal substances are strictly prohibited. MOUNTAIN ACCESSIBILITY & WINTER TRAVEL Access: Our cabin is tucked away in the mountains, providing a true retreat experience. Please be aware that road conditions can change rapidly. During winter months, All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) with appropriate tires is highly recommended for navigating the mountain terrain. Preparedness: As is typical for mountain locations, roads are not always cleared immediately. We recommend monitoring weather forecasts closely and keeping essential supplies on hand should conditions limit travel. Please note that we are not responsible for road conditions; we recommend travel insurance for your peace of mind. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Check-In/Check-out: To ensure our cleaning team can prepare the cabin to our 5-star standards, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. SMOOTH DEPARTURE GUIDE We hope you had a wonderful mountain getaway! To assist our team, please complete these quick steps by 10:00 AM: Kitchen Care: Please place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle. Trash: Gather all household trash and place it in the sealed, bear-proof trash cage outside. Tech & Furniture: Ensure any moved furniture is returned to its original spot, and please log out of your personal streaming apps on the TVs. Energy Savings: Please turn off all lights.
