Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located cabin with a view! The cabin has gorgeous high cathedral ceilings and big floor to ceiling windows to bring in natural light. Knotty pine tongue and groove throughout. Brand new furniture decorated with a modern, cozy feel. In the morning, relax on the deck while taking in the view of the mountains. In the evening, enjoy the hot tub where you can see the view or relax with family around the fire pit. 11min Drive (typical) to Pkwy attractions HERE ARE A FEW KIND WORDS FROM PAST GUESTS: We have stayed in many cabins in the Great Smokey Mountains area, and this was our favorite by far! It was very easy to get to town from the cabin with smooth, paved roads. The cabin has been recently updated and is beautifully decorated with new furniture and decor. The details did not go unnoticed! I can’t wait to come back again and bring our kids. They would love the indoor and outdoor games. The only thing that could possibly have made our stay better would be to have seen a bear. :) -Andrea My family and I had a fantastic stay. BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS Each of the cabin’s 3 bedrooms is designed with guest comfort in mind. -King size bed - Large Dresser -2 nightstands with lamps -Roku TV Each bathroom is fully stocked for your convenience and comfort. -Shampoo & conditioner -Bodywash -Hand Soap & lotion -Plush towels Fall asleep and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing!) day in the mountains. Each bedroom is located on a different floor, allowing for privacy. Each bedroom has a King-sized bed. All beds have high quality, comfortable mattresses. Just like the bedrooms, the bathrooms are designed for comfort and relaxation. Each level of the cabin has a full-size bathroom. The main level bathroom and the upper bathroom are also connected to a bedroom, providing a guest suite. The lower-level bathroom is right outside of the lower-level bedroom making it very convenient. The main level has a large garden tub with jets. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. There is a large dining table inside, but in nice weather, you will LOVE eating on the deck at the large dining table with the MOUNTAIN VIEWS. ⛰️ GAME ROOM -Queen size sleeper sofa -3 arcade games…Fast & Furious, Pac-Man and Street Fighter -Large shuffleboard table -Foosball table -Watch the big game on the 65” Smart TV -Full size washer and dryer LOFT STUDY This is a great area to work remotely. There are even beautiful mountain views from the desk! LIVING ROOM -65" Smart (Roku) TV -Sectional couch with mountain views -Cozy area to sit in front of the fireplace DECK -Large dining table with mountain views -Stools with a bar top to sip your coffee -Sitting area and egg chair -Gas grill -String lights LOWER-LEVEL PATIO -7-person hot tub -Porch Swing -Several areas to sit and enjoy family and friends. -2 Egg swings -String lights FIRE PIT -Wood burning fire pit, bring your own firewood or purchase locally. -8 Adirondack chairs -Park style charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal or purchase locally. -String lights CARPORT -This is an area that you can park your car to stay mostly dry on a rainy day or can be used to hang out and stay dry yourself. This is a 3-sided structure with a roof. -Patio lights -Corn hole -Water proof chest for storing outdoor pillows and throws for the fire pit area on cold nights.
Other Details to Note
Parking is on-site. There is a four-car limit per reservation and no yard parking. There is a carport for your convenience. Sorry, no pets please. While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are not allowed. We are located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood and care about our neighbors. Loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM every day. Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day. Voices and noises do carry across the mountains. If you need a home where you can party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you, and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors. Anyone breaking this rule will be evicted immediately without refund and are subject to a $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property (even with a medical card - please do it elsewhere), and any excess cars or guests. No indoor smoking or vaping 8 adults maximum. Please note early check-ins or late check-outs are not available. **SNOW--We do want to give you a heads up that if it snows before or during your arrival, you will want at least a FWD and an AWD vehicle would be better, if not a 4-wheel drive with good tires to be able to get around the area and get up to the cabin. The cabin is easy to get to if the weather is nice, but if there is snow it is very difficult without the proper vehicle. Roads in the area do not get cleared, so you would want the supplies to be able to stay in the cabin should it snow. Roads also do not have a shoulder and if you slide off, it could mean going into a ditch. We just want you to be properly prepared should these conditions arise. Often times, people come wanting to see snow and aren't prepared for the conditions. We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast as it gets closer so that you are prepared for any snow that might be in the forecast. Our check out reminders are: Dispose of any leftover food or drinks Wash dirty dishes Log out of online streaming apps Replace furniture to its original location Take out all trash and put in sealed trash can in bear proof trash cage. It's important that we don't attract bears for safety reasons. Turn off the lights. Lock the house
